Shipping
Once we receive your order, it will be filled within 5-7 days.
Orders will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS our carrier of choice. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Custom PRINTED Socks
Because these socks are custom made to order and we make sure every sock is treated with care in the printing process, we have an "all sales final" policy. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
Sockprints takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.
Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, sockprints does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
